• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Technical
• 5-7 years of experience in a leadership (manager/director) position inTransportation/ Logistics.
• Experience in the Chemical industry preferred
• Fluency in project management tools / software packages, including MS Suite.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and customers. Ability tomentor.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritieseffectively.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
