Your role is to maximize revenue from our current clients, help follow up
with prospective clients and to maximize client retention. As a customer
success and sales professional you are the key project manager on your
assigned accounts and are expected to take the lead and support effective
on-boarding, product implementation and training on new and existing
customers. You are also expected to help follow up on prospective clients
with which Stellaâ??s senior executives have already initiated a dialogue
with. In particular, your role will be to:

â?¢ Act as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive
sponsors to drive product adoption and ensure customers use Stella to its
full potential
â?¢ Maximize revenue per customer while building the number of touch points
across the
â?¢ Engage customers with low usage through training/education programs
â?¢ Lead on-boarding & trouble shooting (with support from engineering)
â?¢ Developing relationships with individuals at our clients such that the
organization develops an awareness of the value that our process is adding
to their talent acquisition efforts
â?¢ Gathering feedback from our customers and actively communicating that
feedback to our product management and sales teams. Proactively assess,
clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

â?¢ 5+ yearâ??s relevant experience in either (1) Account management for a
SaaS technology company (ideally in the Recruiting industry), or, (2)
Within the Talent team for a Fortune
5,000 enterprise (talent operations, technology, acquisition etc.)
â?¢ Track record of driving change and technology innovation with
recruiting departments of large enterprises
â?¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude.
â?¢ BA/BS degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
â?¢ Strong presence, engaging manner and self-motivation
â?¢ Some technical orientation is a nice bonus â?? so that when technical
problems arise you can help frame them accurately to our engineering team
and communicate the solutions to our clients
