Seventy-five percent of job openings are never publicly advertised or assigned to recruiters. With competition for available positions at an unprecedented level, what's the best way to get a lead on these career opportunities?  Both "warm" and "cold" calling can produce results, but this step in the job search process is a scary one for most job seekers.  During this 30 minute live webinar, presented by Bob Larson CPC, President of Berman Larson Kane, former Chairperson of the National Association of Personnel Services and author of the book "Aim, Shoot, Get Hired" we will review techniques to help make this task most productive, removing the FEAR of rejection and helping you secure additional job interviews.

  1. Cold calling can be a good process for the consultancies. They can call and if the applicant is fresher then the advantages are more. Cold calling can be a good opportunity for the job seekers in and around the surroundings.
