Position Summary:

The Senior Technical Developer provides experienced technical direction to
project teams to assist with the development and implementation of Genesys
call center technologies to resolve business problems. The Senior Technical
Developer actively participates in all areas of system design, requirements
analysis, system setup and environmental configuration. This person will
lead project designs, estimate and schedule work, and work closely with
business partners to understand requirements and provide project status.
Reports to the Manager of Customer Servicing Technologies.
Required Skills and Competencies:

· Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or other
related field or equivalent work experience
· 5-7 years of experience in Genesys suite of call center products
(Versions 7.5 - 8.x)
· Required: Skills based routing, inbound and outbound voice,
workforce manager, high availability setup
· Avaya switch connections
· SIP routing, including remote agents
· Unix and Windows server environment
· Oracle skills required
· Ability to communicate effectively with business users and systems
team members, both verbally and in written communications
· Enthusiasm for challenge and change in a team environment
· Strongly desired: GVP, Email, multimedia suite, InfoMart, CCPulse
