1. Sales - Responsible for developing strong relationships at a senior level and identifying opportunities with D&B's medium account Customers (>$100K - <$500k approx.) by providing value added solutions in the areas of decision support & and overall portfolio management for credit risk management, sales & marketing solutions and supply management. Responsible for identifying and closing RMS Value Added Products and Services (RMS VAPS). Act as risk management expert, leveraging knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers.

2. Client Relationships - Closely align with internal senior D&B sales leaders and peers to achieve revenue growth objectives with targeted customers and prospects. Leverage skills and Industry experience to develop and implement sales strategies to drive long term sustainable revenue growth, while building a most trusted relationship with all clients

3. Account Planning - Lead the Account Process with team leader and other sales support team members in the area through quarterly detailed account planning process for each account.. Account Planning for each account will include: Accounts D&B spend forecast, key insights from the clients solution reviews, assessment of account's needs, proposed steps for growing account spend including introduction of new products/solutions/services.

4. Performance Management - Responsible for meeting and exceeding overall RMS revenue targets through the retention and growth of existing D&B RMS customers and through the acquisition of new RMS customers within the assigned customer and prospect base.

Support setup of Internet connection with 2 firewalls (HA config Cisco ASA),
2 DMZ switches (2960), setup client VPN services,

Support setup of Malaysia internet connection (remotely) configure 2
firewalls, 1 2951 router, 2 Layer 3 switches (3750), 2 layer 2
switches (2960), setup client VPN services
Migrate VPN connections from existing sites (Mexico, India, China, Deventer)
and home to our new Internet connections in NJ or Malaysia
Setup new VPN tunnel connection to Internet website Hosting facility
Setup new DSL VPN connection for Paris KY office
Help us setup 3 new MPLS circuits
1 DS3 in Phillipsburg (on 2951 router)
1 in NJ to connect an outsources AS400 system (Cisco 1841 router)
1 2M in Holland - router already in place, will replace an existing MPLS
circuit
1 4MB in Malaysia on 2951 router
Setup Point to point circuit to new office facility and help design and
build the infrastructure to support the data and voice networks
Help us remove 3 MPLS circuits in NJ, and other domestic and global
locations
Install new 2106 wireless LAN controller as backup in Holland
Install, configure and migrate Wireless controllers to new Central
Management system - AP's located in multiple locations
Supporting laptops and Intermec scanners
Help us setup and configure a monitoring solutions for the network to alert
us to network issues.
Setup a process to backup and recovery network device configuration.
Documentation for system configuration and settings
Provide cross training to employee to take over the management of the
network
Some work would be done after hours to avoid business impact.
