: Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze, design, implement, operate and continually improve company's wide and local area networks.
•Interact with users and external vendors for requirements gathering and procurement (service and hardware).
•Interacts with customers for provisioning and troubleshooting connectivity.

Key Skills / Attributes:
•Exceptional analytical, statistical, quantitative, and deduction skills
•Understands
network performance at a strong level of detail (e.g., understands how
different paths, technologies, router settings, etc. could add/shave
nanoseconds in response time – component assembly knowledge alone is
inadequate)
•Must be familiar with capacity planning and performance
monitoring tools with sufficient granularity as identify millisecond and
less performance variances – average sampling measurement techniques of
most basic performance monitoring tools are inadequate
•Able to manage numerous business priorities with ease
•Willing to learn the intricacies of a world-class financial trading floor environment
•Superior problem solving ability/Highly effective at decision-making
•Able and willing to do critical strategy work all the way through hands on implementation

Job Requirements:
•Over five years experience as an exceptional network engineer.
•Excellent interpersonal skills required. Ability to relate effectively to all levels of employees.
•Heavy attention to detail; broad picture view as well.
•Proficiency with Multicasting Protocols.
•Very high-level competency and experience in building network infrastructures.
•Strong experience with switches (Cisco).
•Ability to act independently with minimal supervision and with a team
•Must be eligible to work in the United States.
•Proximity to New York/New Jersey area

Description

 

Five plus years of financial services related data management and analytic experience.

 

•Campaign Planning- Size new activities/offers; providing simulations to
maximize ROI in select markets. Provide recommendations in finalizing
plans based on insights generated. Specify the test design to support
execution & evaluation of downstream performance.

 

•Campaign Optimization- Ability to develop value scores and propensity
models and apply them along with defined constraints to produce various
contact scenarios with the ultimate goal of creating optimal contact
lists for marketing campaigns and programs.

 

•Campaign Analysis- Generate insights from analysis of results,
communicate findings to refine strategy and inform future plans. Ensure
implementation of the business strategy into execution

 

•Ad hoc analysis -Work closely with internal Customer Insight partners
and business partners to investigate/ identify opportunities for growing
the business. Requires an ability to understand the business
strategy/objectives , perform quantitative analysis, and create business
insights.

 

•Proven success in identifying and developing customer/product performance analyses to support specific business requests.

 

•A Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline or qualified experience.

 

•3+ years of previous experience with the following applications: SAS
Management Console 9.2, SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 5.3, SAS
Marketing Optimization Client 5.3, SAS Enterprise Guide 4.3, SAS
Enterprise Miner 6.2, SQL, Siebel as well as other data collection,
database access tools.

 

•Understanding of relational database structures
