Gallin Associates, executive search specialists is conducting a search for candidates for the position outlined below.

TITLE: Director of Marketing

LOCATION: near Pittsburgh. PA

COMPENSATION: Target base of $115k-130k with bonus of 15% of base; additional bonus based on attaining goals

JOB PROFILE:
Director of Marketing for, electronic wire and cable products, is a new position that has been tasked with generating strategic growth within the organization via identifying new vertical markets and also evaluate total system solutions to make impactful results in organic growth of the organization. Spearhead strategic growth of vertical markets within the company's existing portfolio. Identify additional vertical markets/solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS in business/marketing (MBA preferred)
* 5-7+ years experience in strategic marketing
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Able to work within cross-functional teams
* Experience within the wire and cable industry highly preferred
