Location, Parsippany, NJ
salary, 100-115k
Must have Global Experience
• Support the Global Markets US & Canada region and be the change champion for driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and key aspects of Shared Services
• Leverage industry best practices and tools to allow the organization to develop a standard, repeatable customer centric process improvement model across functions, lines, business and geographies
• Ensure consistency within overall Regional plans, operating models and business architecture and make sure it is in line with Global charters
• Support senior business management with analysis, guidance, program/project management and co-ordination of resources & stakeholders
• Ensure that each project has a well defined and documented Project Charter approved by the Business Sponsor
• Assist Head of Service Delivery US & Canada in building and maintaining a Strategic Plan.
• 'Can do' attitude is a key requirement
Position Requirements
• 5 + years working as a Project Manager in a large, corporate environment.
• Insurance, financial services, or consulting experience
• Superior project and large-scale program/project management, and presentation skills. Must be proficient in MS Office suite, specifically in MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio
• Six Sigma Certification, PMP, or equivalent a plus
• Ability to work with ambiguous project definitions, to function in unstructured work situations, and drive structure into such situations
• Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
• Must be fluent in English and excellent with overall Communication skills

My client, an award winning financial software firm would like to meet Project Managers with about 3 -5 years experience who have worked on Product Releases from conception to deployment. The person would be involved with all internal department;helping to process and guessimate new requests from clients, proposal preparation and scheduling the implements.
Required Experience
Experience working in corporate PMO, banking, consulting or software industry
Experience managing multifunctional teams
3 years proven track record of managing projects, preferably software implementations
Application of structured developmental methodology
Ability to identify, track, manage and resolve project issues as they arise
Understand impact of issues on project schedules and scope
Ability to prepared necessary documentation
Understanding of capabilities of relevant technologies
Hands on development experience a plus
PMI certification a plus
Proven track record in managing client expectations
Excellent communication skills
4 year degree

Detailed Info: Responsible for delivery of strategic, cross-functional, high visible projects within time, cost, scope, and quality defined boundaries, in accordance with the company's life cycle methodologies and disciplines
Manage complex interaction of multiple technical and business stakeholders that span multiple businesses, functions and geographies within the company
Creates project schedule, expense plan, communication plan, tracking & reporting variables
Manages all projects, tracks time allocations and resource usage
Leads in implementing/applying standard processes for scope/change management, risk management, issue management, quality assurance, estimate variances and project communications
Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis, including Senior or Executive Level Management
Supports project negotiations by providing subject matter expertise around retail banking and project lifecycle methodologies
Builds and maintains high performance teams through own actions and direction provided to others
Ensures project closes effectively through production turnover, documentation of learning and provision of feedback on project resource performance

Development/Computing Environment: Minimum of seven years experience as a project manager (managing large technology projects) in Retail Banking/Financial Services

Previous experience managing projects with Planview or related Project Management software

Experience with BluePrint Requirements Center or other requirements management software , a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Masters, a plus
Project Management certification (i.e., Master Certificate or PMP) preferred
