Senior Project Manager

This senior project manager position is responsible for managing all aspects of project management from original concept through final implementation. This individual must have demonstrated ability to lead and manage across technology disciplines in a matrix organization globally. Candidate must have prior success driving technical projects / programs, project tracking, issue resolution, risk mitigation, seeking approvals, and influencing teams. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role will have accountability for projects / programs including scope, schedule, audit and financials.

Requirement:

• 8 years direct work experience in a project /program management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering large projects, preferably in large global organizations.
• Background in any of software development, architecture, testing or business analysis is strongly preferred
• Experience with complex SDLC methodologies (i.e. Agile) as well as structured systems analysis and design methodologies.
• Ability to manage project financials.
• A successful track record managing Banking Industry technology projects is a plus
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Planview, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Ability to provide leadership and demonstrate ability to lead multiple project teams in a high volume, high pressure environment.
• PMP Certified is a plus
• Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products Experience at working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to manage work across cross-functional and remote teams, both internal and external.
• Ability to define business request, problems and identify strategies and tactics to provide solutions
• Self-motivated and demonstrates ability to be goal focused and results driven, including driving project related risks, issues and concerns to closure.
• Prior experience with technologies such as mobile and tablet platforms is preferred.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Description
Our client is in search of a Sr. Business Data Analyst to join their team in Newark, NJfor a long term contract. The candidate must have strong healthcare, claims, and/or product experience as they will be working on the client's Data Analytics Platform.
 
Responsibilities: 
·         Interview Business for validation of difficulties in matching domain data e.g. provider data across the various repositories, the quality of the data is varied and the data anomalies must be captured and documented within the MDM BRDs.

Purpose

•         Interface with customers and design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle ERP r12.

•         Proficiency in Version Control Software (CVS, Sharepoint etc.)
•         Must have experience managing projects successfully in a weak matrix environment.

•         Must be a leader who can communicate effectively across functions to get work done.
