Peter - I wanted to let you know about a position that we are currently recruiting for as I thought it might be of interest to you or to someone you know. It is long term contract engagement. The position is a Business Analyst to learn and support a reconciliation system used by 12 – 15 accounting professionals globally at month end to reconcile financial data.

Role:

You will take ownership of the system, working closely with the assigned developer and support version 1 of system that went live in Jan 2012 and version 2 targeted for release in October 2012.

Skills Required:

• Financial systems experience and knowledge/experience in insurance systems.

• Gathering and writing requirements documents, use cases, and test scripts.

• Support of financial based systems.

The company is a global, publically traded specialty insurance / re-insurance provider and for the right candidate the company will consider virtual employment (work from home).

Please let me know if you would like to discuss further. Thanks. - Jim

Peter - I enjoyed our conversation last week. Thanks for reaching out.

As I mentioned, I have developed a template on the tactics that support a strategy of networking, and I want to share it with you. It is attached to this email.

Most career advice experts agree on two things:

1. An executive's network becomes one of their most valuable business assets as they progress through their career

2. The best time to network is….all of the time

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or if I can help you with anything. – Jim
