The Access Services team is involved with the following:

• Concierge support for products
o Ensure consistency throughout materials

Position is an Ad Hoc member of the following teams: Access Services

Primary Duties:

PRC Process
• Material update including Script updates, Mech Stat Submission/Review for the following programs:
o Xarelto line extension,
o Pending diabetes drug
o Pending Hep-C drug

Generic SOP Management
• Full review of the support program SOPs to ensure consistency
• Full review of the instant savings program SOPs to ensure consistency

Reporting Portals – All products
• Work with the team on requirements
• Work with the team on creation of an online benefits verification portal
• acceptance testing of the online benefits verification portal

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree
- How many years of experience, in doing what?
o 3-5 years experience with promotional review activities, project management

Experience
- Pharma Experience preferably in Access Services, Reimbursement, Information Technology in project management, Microsoft Office, SOP creating and updates
- JnJ Pharma Promotional Review Committee Experience

Critical Competencies
- Computer Skills, Expert in Microsoft Office
- Communication Skills
- Well Written / editor type skills
- Self reliant

Restrictions/Requirements
Location:
• Horsham, PA with the ability to drive to Titusville and/or Raritan on occasion

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) next meeting is Tuesday Jan 8.

NFP is where people meet to expand their network connections, as well as
learn the tools needed to advance their careers. Business professionals from
all industries and career levels are welcome to attend our monthly meetings.
Our philosophy is to build reciprocal relationships where business
professionals can exchange ideas, job leads, and build networking skills.
We usually have a guest speaker discuss a topic of interest for business
professionals.

Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month
from 5:30 - 8 pm. This month we will be ending at 7:15. Attendance to NFP is
free.
Networking from 5:30-6pm with a speaker presentation at 6pm. This meeting
will conclude at 7:15pm.
