Thequalified candidate will:

* Perform hands-on testing (e.g. regression, smoke, feature,
system)
* Define testing requirements/objectives, and author test cases
for highly complex technical issues
* Integrate and work with developers to develop the best tests
suites to insure quality product
* Design and build a custom test framework leveraging automation
tools, custom APIs, hypervisor APIs, to automate regression, stress,
and performance product testing.

Candidate Requirements

* 7+ years experience testing, covering both Windows and

Job Description:

Client's Global Business Resiliency (GBR) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM) is seeking an experienced manager to focus on CoB Risk Assessments.

The candidate will establish the following under the direction of the Head of GBR Metrics & Reporting and Head of Application and Technology CoB/Resiliency Risk Assessment, Planning and Testing Quality Assurance:

- Perform quality assurance reviews of business resiliency plans (e.g. Business Impact Analysis, Business Recovery Plans), application recovery plans, test scripts and test results
- Review of application CoB / resiliency risk assessment surveys, assessment responses, identification of any gaps as well as monitoring and reporting of correction actions through resolution or risk acceptance (e.g., gaps between validated business recovery requirements and actual technology recovery capabilities, document risk / cost tradeoffs decisions, etc.)
- Responsible for project planning, specifically documentation and preparation, for large-scale Continuity of Business (COB) tests, coordination/execution of the test, and post test closure; working with other Technical Recovery Teams, Senior Business Sector Disaster Recovery Coordinators, and Application Development Teams.
- Analyze, manage and resolve the most complex and highly variable issues with substantial potential impact
- Support the implementation of common taxonomies and hierarchical business structure to enable quality assurance reviews, enhanced end-to-end assessment, planning, testing and management reporting
- Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
- Assist in the development and/or refinement of integrated business and quality assurance review processes
- Perform reviews (capacity, threat & vulnerability assessments, attestation, etc) and manage projects as directed.
- Awareness of regional and local regulations and adherence to those standards, by strong interaction with the CTI Risk Management team across other controls disciplines
- Responsible for continual improvements and enhancements to the Testing Framework and Testing Program.
- Support development of metrics to monitor organizational readiness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, IT Risk Management, Technology Disaster Recovery, and/or Vendor Management
- Demonstrated leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered on projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent follow-up and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and present in-depth analyses and information for review with management
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
- Excellent communications skills and influencing skills
- Team player with strong conflict resolution and influencing skills
