We are conducting an executive search for a VP/Director of Mobile Engineering in San Francisco for an exciting company. Imagine a new technology that rolled-up Chatter and Jive, but deployed through a company's HCM/HR "core," thus extending usage from inception across the ENTIRE enterprise - literally every installed desktop in every department. Then overlay an award winning gamification platform to incentivize user engagement, add in an extremely agile, metric driven management team, and top it off with an iconic former Microsoft and Google visionary founder. The result - a completely new approach for building an enterprise "social fabric" in a highly adaptive, ridiculously addictive, and fun way!

After several years of stealthy development, our client CEO and team have found that magic roadmap for ingesting critical business applications into a single, gamified central portal that crosses the mobile-enabled social enterprise. In less than one year, this company has scaled from 100k b2b users to over 1 million, increased its number of paying enterprise clients 10x, and doubled "per user" engagement time. With renewal rates now exceeding 90% (upsells exceeding 30%), a customer base that equally crosses both SMB and large enterprises, and 2013 revenues forecasted to grow 500%, the company is in the process of raising its next funding round to beef up its exec management team. If you're an adrenaline junkie, love big data, and must have fun every time the sun rises, then maybe - just maybe - this team is for you! POSITION: VP/Director of Mobile Engineering (title depends on experience)

COMPANY: Imagine a new technology that rolled-up Chatter and Jive, but deployed through a company's HCM/HR "core," thus extending usage from inception across the ENTIRE enterprise - literally every installed desktop in every department.
