The Controller will:
* Manage all accounting and reporting functions to include general ledger, inventory management, broker commission process,
* Lead the monthly and annual financial close and prepare reports for senior management.
* Develop, update and evaluate accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and Company policy.
* Improve/implement practices, systems, controls, and business processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Verify integrity and accuracy of financial operations and safeguard Company assets.
* Lead, mentor, and coach the accounting team.
* Establish and document performance and quality standards, goals, and objectives.
* Ensure proper accounting for all revenue and expense areas common with CPG businesses.
* Responsible for preparation and review of schedules to support the year-end audit and potential quarterly reviews with the Company's outside auditors.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all revenue and expenditures.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; MBA a plus.
* CPA IS required.
* Experience in CPG industry required.
* Detailed knowledge and RECENT experience with SEC reporting including SOX 404 required.
* 10+ yrs.' of increasing leadership experience.
* Big Four accounting firm experience a plus.
* System implementation experience a plus.
* Excellent spreadsheet and financial system experience
* Skilled in process improvement initiatives.

Job Title: Chief Legal Officer

Position Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Chief Legal Officer is the chief legal advisor for My Sisters' Place, responsible for (a) advising the agency on all matters with legal implications and representing the agency, or arranging appropriate representation, in all legal matters in which the agency is involved, and (b) managing the Center for Legal Services (CLS) attorneys and advocates who provide family law and immigration legal services to over 1,500 victims of domestic violence and human trafficking annually.

DUTIES
* Advise on matters of corporate governance, grant contracts, vendor contracts, insurance, risk management, real estate, and subpoenas.
* Advise on employment-related matters, including developing, implementing, and reviewing employment policies and insuring compliance with all employment law and regulation.
* Oversee the Center for Legal Services, including assuring that high quality legal services are provided through oversight of day-to-day, in addition to:

* Supervise the Managing Attorney
* Develop and manage the budget of the CLS
* Manage the development plan for the CLS, including grant writing
* Ensure compliance with the provisions of grant funding contracts, including progress reporting to funders
* Partner with Chief Executive Officer and fellow senior managers on all agency matters, including operations and policy matters, budgeting, resource development, strategic planning, and external affairs.

* Advocate for legislative and government agency policy changes to assist domestic violence and human trafficking victims and their children, as well as financial support for the agency.
* Serve as a liaison with community leaders, including government officials and administrators and heads of other agencies and community organizations.
* Represent the agency at various coalitions, councils, and task forces.
* Manage other matters and projects as requested by the Chief Executive Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS
* A minimum of 8 years of legal experience as a licensed attorney with admission to the New York State Bar
* Senior managerial and executive experience, preferably in non-for-profit advocacy or public policy
* Experience managing civil legal services and pro bono legal programs, preferably family and/or immigration law
* Excellent written and oral communications skills with a demonstrated capacity for effective communication to a variety of audiences
* Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic team
* Ability to multi-task while also being detail-oriented, prioritize, and complete assignments accurately and timely
* Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for MSP's mission

*Description:* The Asset Management Group (AMG) of AIG Inc. is seeking a
Security Administrator. The Security Administrator will administer of user

*Primary Responsibilities:*
• Ensures that requests conform to the documented processes.

• Manage and communicate all security issues related to business system

*Job Requirements:*
• Excellent verbal, written and relationship skills used to interact with a
global group of technical and non-technical people.
• Knowledge of network security.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving capability.
• Ability to show initiative and work independently and on teams.
• Maintains contacts with AIG auditors and prepares responses to audit
reports.

• Work closely with internal and external technology development teams to
ensure all requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Off-hours support coverage will be required (including weekends).
