Client in Allendale NJ is looking for a Lead Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the current UDI program team to facilitate the design, implementation, and support of multiple technology solutions to ensure our client can comply with the new federal UDI legislation.

Person must have experience with Unique Device ID and have worked in a regulated environment (i.e. Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, etc). Knowledge of various ERP systems is also required (JDE, Oracle, PRMS).

Responsibilities:


Partner with Key business stakeholders; translate FDA UDI regulations into business and technical requirements for our client

Leads user requirement gathering sessions/meetings.

Works closely with Business users and SME to facilitate these sessions.

Complete alll documentation assigned in the timelines assigned

Partner with IT Project managers and IT Business Analysts assinged to the UDI Program to ensure high level UDI business and technical requirements are leveraged. Ensure consistency and compliance across the entire program.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/solution

Continuous review of program track documentation

Identify gaps between teams

Identify gaps from established requirements

Resolve all gaps between teams in a timely manner

Development of all necessary system documentation, Testing Strategies, and Test Plan in collaboration with the Testing Manager and Solution Architect

Continued coordination with the Program Manager

Reporting on timeline, deliverables

Issues, Risks

Status Reports

Ensure the UDI program delivers within the FDA required timeline to ensure compliance with new regulations

Other deliverables as assigned

Required Experience:


2+ years of experience in a Lead business analyst role; driving collaboration across IT BA's and key business stakeholders

10+ years of experience business analysis type role where interaction with the business partners and documenting functional expectations was achieved

4+ years' experience designing and implementing complex business solutions

Previous experience in regulated environments, i.e. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device

Knowledge of various Enterprise systems and applications including but not limited to ERP (Oracle, JDE, PRMS) PLM (Agile, PTC)

Experience in large scale IT program implementation; design, implementing, deployment and validation enterprise software system compliant in an FDA environment.

Citrix Systems Administrator

Purpose:
Work to implement Windows platform based solutions to meet company business requirements. Work typically involves coordination of activities across multiple groups/departments. Maintain infrastructure by keeping systems current, which includes patching server operating systems, applying service packs/new versions of infrastructure applications and applying appropriate firmware updates. Provide technical support for systems as part of a team of professionals that support a ?24x7? environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership:
? Present suggested Citrix related technologies and recommendations to management as required.
? Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant infrastructure product offerings.
? Work closely with vendors to define/modify existing systems, infrastructure software and processes as required.
? Lead and participate in projects to enhance the quality and efficiency of infrastructure solutions.
Technical:
? Work in team environment to deploy infrastructure solutions that include server setup, operating system installation/tuning, system software installation and configuration. Solutions include XenApp and XenDesktop (virtual desktop environment).
? Interface with Storage team to configure SAN storage for new systems and back ups of production servers
? Develop and/or follow standards that apply to the company?s chosen architectures.
? Maintain a secure and stable environment by upgrading operating systems and/or applying appropriate patches and system updates.
? Apply appropriate problem solving techniques to solve complex production problems and assist with root cause analysis.
? Monitor server and systems activity and take appropriate action as required.
? Use scripting techniques to automate systems management.
? Follow appropriate change control processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
? Six years of experience
? Advanced technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, infrastructure systems and networks in a LAN/WAN environment

? Ability to work cross functionally in an organization
