My client is in need of an experienced Project Manager (preferably
certified PMP or Prince). Must have experience managing projects of 10M or
more and teams of 20 or more (FYI, client program currently has 60+
resources, just in IT). Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project
and must have used Project to manage other programs and projects. (Meaning
that the consultant must need to know how to create Sub projects and
separate work streams within the plan, WBS, baselines, shared resource pool
and utilization, reporting of progress and late activities).
• Experience organizing and managing Enterprise Project Management Offices,
establishing methodology, standards, coaching PMs, scope and risk
management
• Some Program management experience is required.
• Asset wealth Management experience in a global bank (experience with EMEA
and APAC countries a plus)
• Deep experience with multiple areas of AWM - portfolio mgmt, cash mgmt,
trading, Risk, compliance, research, different types of instruments (fixed,
equity, active, passives)
• Highly proficient in business analysis, forecasting, budgeting and
chargeback of IT projects with experience in decommissioning of systems and
subsequent benefits realization
• Preferable to have some experience with installing and configuration of
large financial or asset management systems preferably in a hosted
environment
