REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of current enterprise sized experience with one or all of the following::
* Grid and/or High Performance Computing (HPC)
* Cloud Computing
* Hadoop / MapReduce
* Understanding and experience with analytics
* 2+ years of current / recent experience in Windows / Linux systems administration
* Infrastructure architecture experience with networking, storage and servers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will meet all of the requirements listed above and present a polished resume that details their current experience with each of those requirements as well as experience with any of the preferred qualifications.  S/he will be joining a world class Cloud / Grid Computing Manufacturer and become a part of their "Best in Breed" Professional Services organization.

Your responsibilities will include full project life cycles focused around the implementation of Grid Computing, Cloud Computing and High Performance Computing solutions to companies across a broad variety of industries including the financial services, banking, bio-tech, energy, oil & gas, defense, higher education, retail and many others.   You will provide support and leadership and contribute to pre-sales efforts, post sales efforts and project management and project implementation efforts as well as training customers post-implementation.

Prior to the close of any new business, you will contribute in a pre-sales capacity. You will work closely with the sales team as well as customers to evaluate customer needs, analyze customer's current systems and determine where and how improvements can be made. You will architect and create Proof of Concepts and present these solutions to the customer, demonstrating the value proposition for the new system you architected, and showing value add.  Your POC will be customized to the customer's needs so they can see a direct correlation with implementing the improvements you propose. You may also be involved in Pilot programs as well as being involved in defining Statements of Work  and providing technical estimates for projects.  Your goal is to help the sales professionals close their sale by providing technical expertise, demonstrating solutions, and answering any technical questions that the customer may have.

After the sale has been completed, you will provide technical expertise in the delivery and implementation of Grid Computing, Cloud Computing and HPC solutions at customer sites. Your roles in this capacity will include implementation, installation, configuration, come basic coding / scripting will be required for application integration.   You will serve as a Cloud/ Grid/ HPC Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide consulting advice and best practices advice around Cloud, Grid, HPC solutions and integration. You will also be involved in project management and ensuring that all delivery engagements are delivered on time, to scope and in conjunction and aligned with the customer's business needs, and ensure that there is a high level of customer satisfaction and customer service delivered.

You will then be involved in providing virtual and on-site training to the customers to ensure they know how to use the new system! You may also be involved in creating new training content for new innovative systems that you are involved in developing.  Our company is know and widely recognized world wide for our cutting edge and highly innovative performance computing solutions that help companies optimize their systems.

This position does require travel, and this travel can be international at times.  Those living in the Mid-west and north eastern US will be traveling approximately 50% annually, those living elsewhere in the U.S. will be traveling slightly more.  Must have a valid passport allowing international travel or able to obtain a US Passport.

Team Lead, Middleware Administration, e-Commerce: NYC  ($130k)

This position is responsible for the operation of the Unix/Linux based IBM WebSphere/WebSphere Commerce/JBOSS environment as well as the relationship with vendors and users who provide input and support this environment. The role is the team lead for the Middleware team that ensures the day-to-day operations of the environment architecture and operation for the eCommerce websites, e services, manage technical administration including installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, capacity planning, operational services and integration of enhancements and development efforts that pertain to the environment.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
