Starting Tuesday, November 5, I will be teaching a series of classes titles
"Learn To Re-Enter The Job Market" via the Princeton Adult School. Below is
the synopsis.

Finding satisfying work in a difficult job market is quite a challenge.
Spend five nights this spring learning important techniques to help make
getting that great job a reality. In this series we will cover such topics
as: how to prepare a winning resume, how to network efficiently, how to
craft your 30-second elevator pitch, and how to avoid pitfalls you didn't
know were there. We will craft verbal and written communication skills for
the person in transition, and learn about LinkedIn and your presence in
social media. In every session we will devote time to practicing mock
interviews to increase your knowledge and confidence.

Our client, an industry leader is seeking a Program Manager for its Central New Jersey location

The position is with a physician owned Independent Practice Association(IPA) and comprises of a network of more than 400 primary care and multi-specialty providers.

The Program Manger will report to the VP of Client Services and Clinical Operations programs

Manage the end-to-end execution process for programs for one or more Clients
Partner with various cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the lifecycle
Synthesize creative strategy and build of execution requirements (and approvals)
Communicate and manage status, issue resolution, escalation to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure quality execution of all campaigns and fully understand adherence to Corporate policies.
Perform hands on management and execution of marketing communication including marketing production responsibilities, partnering with channel deployment teams to support the deployment process prior to final in market or launch date

The candidate must have 5-10 years of Healthcare Management experience

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related discipline (Masters is Preferred)
Production Implementation experience with PMP Preferred (Certified Project Manager)
Manage multiple programs simultaneously and ensuring all deliverables are met on time with accuracy and quality
Ability to drive develop and drive creative solutions to business challenges and reengineering initiatives
Ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to understand and asses risk
