Front End Architect - Jersey City, NJ To $135K
Full time position, no third party.
Our direct client is seeking a Front End Architect to design and develop new applications.
The Architect will have the following skills and experience:
- 6-8 years of demonstrated work experience as a developer in a UNIX/Linux environment focusing on Java technologies and Web development
- Experience with front-end implementations for web-based systems using a common stack
- Web development skills including - HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries and open source technologies
- Apache and Tomcat
- Scripting (either in PHP, Perl or Python)
- Must demonstrate ability to lead the technical design, development and documentation of cross-functional, multi-platform distributed application systems.
- Good product and visual design skills – able to envision and create user interfaces and wireframes
