Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail
My client in Central Connecticut (Bristol, CT) is looking for a high energy, dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who is working for or has recently been working for a company that does industrial/technical sales (not consumer sales) - preferably a manufacturer. Must have Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
The right person for this position will be someone who has been very successful as a revenue driver: excellent at providing quotes (proficient with math and a calculator), order entry, negotiating, upselling, identifying and securing new accounts and closing on sales - someone who understands and interprets technical requirements and can provide technical information.
The person who is hired for this position must be effective at researching competitor companies to identify sales opportunities and have distinguished themselves in doing so with their current or prior employer. He/she will also be highly focused with a commitment to on-time delivery to customers. The person who will be successful in this position will accept ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks and requests.
We are seeking someone with a stable work history, a high school degree, who is not only motivated to make sales, but has a successful history in meeting and exceeding sales goals through their own efforts (not a sales manager) - someone who not only maintains a client base, but also has increased it dramatically. This involves having solid prospecting and closing skills, being able to understand technical processes and equipment, the ability to build long-lasting client relationships, strong math and communication skills, as well as superior organization and time management skills.
If this describes you and your inside sales experience - if you are looking to work with a nimble and progressive employer who values talent, integrity and motivation - please email your resume to me at your earliest convenience: karlahammond@sbcglobal.net<mailto:karlahammond@sbcglobal.net> ~ 860-267-2690

Hi All,

This is a little different than sending out and/or forwarding on job requests I receive with the hope that someone might be interested.  This is a request.

My daughter is a recent graduate from St. Joseph's with a Master's in Guidance Counseling.  She's been filling in for someone who has been out on maternity leave (6 Grade), but her assignment is ending this week.  She is looking for PT/FT work to carry her through this school year, until she could apply for openings for the school year 2014-15.  Her dedication, hard work and communication skills has made her well liked by her peers and she has great MS Office skills.

If anyone knows anyone who is looking for someone in this capacity feel free to contact me, it would be appreciated.  Even better, if anyone has a contact within any of the Fairfield County school systems she could follow up with, that would be a plus.

Thanks,
Ralph
