Role: IT Data Analyst
Location: Phoenix AZ
Duration: 6m+
Position: Contractor, IT Data Analyst, please NOTE this is a note a developer role.
Description: Reporting to the Head of Strategic Business Applications, the Data Analyst is responsible for, business systems analysis, data flow requirements and reporting development.
Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing all technology projects for IT to include Sales, Acquisitions, Property Management, Accounting, Leasing and Financial Reporting
Actively engage with internal business leaders to ensure service and products are developed are delivered to meet business expectations
Responsible for the creation of business cases, requirements documents and technology artifacts for all IT technology projects
Responsible for managing project schedule, scope, budget, and resource planning
Manage third-party consultants/vendors on project-by-project basis
Skills:
1-5 years IT Data Management experience
Experience managing software development in a regulated environment
Experience with Data warehouse, ETL tools and reporting (Tableau experience preferred)
Strong SQL, Data Modeling, Cube Processing in MS SQL Server environment
Real Estate Technology (Acquisitions, Property Management, and Leasing) project management experience preferred
Considerable experience with Agile development and other SDLC project management methodologies
Fluent in MS PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Project
Ability to prioritize multiple project tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet goals and deadlines
Advanced writing, reporting, and presentation skills
Passionately embraces a commitment to exceptional service and delivery excellence
Education and Professional Designations:
BS degree in technology or related work experience
