Here are some roles The Connors Group is looking to fill. It

We have 3 terrific opportunities for Business System
Analysts with a nationally recognized company located on the waterfront in
central NJ. They are seeking 3 different level Business Analysts to participate
in the discovery, design, testing and implementation of continuous improvement
across the company. Domestic travel is required and the ideal candidates will
have an understanding of Purchasing systems, ERP, or CRM. Keys to the roles are
2-10 years' experience, a Bachelor's degree, folks who are smart, eager to
learn and grow, and are self-motivated!
In NYC, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business
Analytics Manager to work with business and technical leaders to provide
answers to critical business questions. They will lead the delivery of
reporting and data solutions to support decision-making needs of Senior
Leadership Team. This person will also play a key role in building out the
Business Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked within
a Business Analytics team and have a background in the Retail industry. Web,
OLAP Services, Report Services, and BI tools would be great too!
Another Big Apple search is for a Business Intelligence Analyst - an
experienced data analyst to help support Merchants and Planners growing data
analytics needs. Successful candidates will work with Merchandise data and
ensure that the right data is collected and processed to enable smart, data
driven decisions. The role involves using creativity and problem-solving skills
to respond to qualitative inquiries with quantitative results. The ideal
candidate will have 2-5 years' experience, a 4 year Bachelor's degree and, must
be polished with outstanding communication skills. This is a fantastic
opportunity to be part of a great team with lots of growth potential!
Manager, Program Manager (IT) The focus of this role is on the delivery side- no need to be a
PMP. Lots of projects going on including Next Generation Merchandise Planning,
Floor Expansion & Renovation, & Merchant Evolution. They need to be
able to span & handle many priorities. This is a business- facing role and
the right person will have strong Business Relationship Management skills. Experience
with creating & providing status reports to business partners. Excellent
communication skills are key, as is budgeting, and comprehensive project
experience. They will be the single point of contact for various leads and they
need to be able to manage and coach. Prior experience within a Management
Consulting environment is a plus!
The above 3 roles are brand new due to
company growth!
Senior Manager for Global eComm
Systems for a client who is deep in an eComm project and set
for a soft launch in Feb. They will go live in the US in July and soon after
they are looking to launch internationally, beginning with Europe and Japan. They
are looking for someone to head up the International launch. Keys to the role are someone who has worked
on International projects, understands how to conduct business globally,
experience with partners for credit card authorization; eCommerce
implementation experience to include managing projects, vendors, and resources.
Experience with building systems is a plus as is integration with the
fulfillment process.
The VP of this group is someone we know a long time and
respect tremendously- people love working for him!
Software
and Database Developers- As a vital member of our Client's technology
team, you will work with a group of talented individuals to create the next
generation of innovative solutions for a leader in the global Financial
community, based in NYC. Seeking to add Database Developers – withcapacity to work within complex
systems and large data sets. Function as a developer/contribut
concept and design phase and as the project owner during the development,
stabilization and support. Requires experience in database systems, preferably SQL Server. BS Degree, Computer
Science. Prefer familiarity with any of: C# / VB.NET / ASP.Net, JavaScript /
AJAX / jQuery. Also seeking several .net Software Engineers, to be involved
in the full SDLC. You will be expected
to take ownership of projects, determine technical design, identify business
design gaps with the business analysts, develop the actual system code, and
support the system post-launch. Requires B.S. in Computer Science or other
applicable technical degree, and knowledge of 1 or more of the following: C# / VB.NET / ASP.Net, JavaScript / AJAX /
jQuery, SQL Server or other databases, Web Services, MS Office automation /
add-in development. Web development
experience in financial services technology is a plus!
Distribution Systems Analyst This is an exciting time to join the company as they are expanding
their Data Center in NJ; they also have a DC in California, Montreal, and are
adding regional locations in Texas, Illinois or Indiana, and Memphis or
Louisville. They are also expanding to Europe and Japan......Lots of expansion
plans and opportunity because of it!!! The key to the role is Warehouse Management
experience. They are in support mode right now, but the next project will be to
implement MHE and after that DOM & MIF to integrate with their ERP.
The ideal candidate will have Manhattan
Associates WM or PKMS experience. Wholesale industry experience would be a
big plus, along with Retail Apparel.

Retail eComm Systems Analyst. This clienthas several strategic initiatives this year
which includes bringing eComm in- house. This role will be heavily involved
with integrations; Phase 1 is the site and Phase 1b is the Omni-channel
experience exposing inventory and ship- to- stores, etc... They will need
bi-directional interfaces with Merchandising. They will work with merchants to
support interfaces and design- again, all about INTEGRATION AND FUNCTIONALITY!
On the tactical side- they will deal with things related to production issues,
work with UAT, migrations, and report changes. They will work closely with
developers for making system changes. They are also going global with Planning
& Allocation- migrating from JDA MMS to EKB platform. They would absolutely
consider someone without MMS experience- the real keys are someone who understands
"Open to Buy", "eComm Transaction Flows".
understands Supply Chain, eComm, and Merchandising- VERY SMART, QUICK LEARNER,
EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW.....with Retail..... this needs to be someone who has a
strong business sense- functional, not technical.

Job Description:
A Major Credit Agency located in NYC is looking for a Compliance Officer
who speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Responsible for regulatory matters in the Americas
The role will involve maintaining a detailed knowledge of credit agency regulations
and related firm policies.
Assisting firm employees with policy interpretation, maintaining necessary licenses
and regulatory filings.
Assisting with examinations, serving as primary contact for regulators in Mexico and
representing the Global Compliance Group in global compliance and initiatives.
Experience:
Bachelors Degree and experience between to 15 years in an agency, compliance
regulatory or audit function.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Client service focus with proven ability to develop with business partners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must speak fluent english and spanish.
Salary Range is 125k to 140k plus a 10% bonus.
