Job Description:   Position : Oracle Developer Place : Wall Street, New York City Duration : 12+ months Job Type : W2 Contract Interview Process : Face to Face interview (No Exception) This position is for an Oracle Developer which requires mostly hands-on experience of PL/SQL and Oracle package programming, data modeling, DB performance tuning and operating Oracle Database. Provide production support for development teams for existing systems. Will be responsible for extracting data from the database for analysis. RESPONSIBILITIES : Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts. Strong data analysis skills. Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle 10.x and 11.x). Solid understanding and hands on experience in Oracle Forms and PL/SQLL. Data Loading - creating processes to load and scrub data for analysis. Need to be able to extract data as per Client requirement which will be useful information for suggest conclusions and support decision making. Good experience working in financial domain. Must have great written and oral communication skills. Able to understand business requirements and work independently.
