Job Description:
 
To support our global customer base, Kohl is looking for highly skilled Stromberg-Carlson Tier 2-4 Customer Technical Support Engineer(s) with 10+ years experience with the following skills/experience:
 
1.     Experience troubleshooting Stromberg-Carlson - Digital Central Office (DCO) Hosts,  RNS Hosts (DCO without direct AMA billing), RLS 4000 and RLS 1000 (Remote Line Switches)
2.     Experience with DCO multi-tier product support - (Tiers 2 through Tier 4)
3.     Experience troubleshooting translations, provisioning, and hardware
4.     Experience troubleshooting DCO, RNS, RLS and its associated network elements
5.     Working knowledge, troubleshooting, fault isolation and emergency recovery
6.     Strong debugging skills/experiences
7.     Strong signaling/trunk and call processing experiences
8.     Log file analysis, operational measurements, software tools
9.     DCO Software debugging skills, software patches implementation

Candidates must be able to gather information needed to isolate hardware/software faults, document, and resolve the problem.  Excellent customer interface skills are a must, including a willingness to work a 7x24x365 schedule with rotating off-hour coverage.

Project Management certification a plus.   
 
.Project Manager – RTH – NJ - Client is looking to fill this position as soon as possible!  This candidate will be working on a complex project involving migrating mainframe CA Enterprise Tools to IBM Enterprise tools. Must have exp. leading large, complex, mission-critical projects; requires general understanding of the technology in the data center: Networking, SAN/NAS, Security.  Strong leadership skills.  Experience in IT Enterprise Tools migrations, specifically IBM/CA is a plus, and, familiarity with IBM Mainframe environment and technology is a plus.

IT Supply Chain/Finance Applications Manager – NJ -$140k with bonus- Requires an in-depth knowledge of corporate Finance and Supply Chain disciplines.  Your knowledge should include working with Accounting, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, Distribution (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory).   Partner with business users on the design and development of customer-facing solutions, and manage full SDLC.  Requires exp. administering or implementing an ERP system, such as JD Edwards or SAP.   Requires ability to effectively lead cross functional teams in requirements sessions.  SQL and database experience desired, along with MS Office.                                                        
 
 Lead Software Developer – NYC - total comp is between $200k-$275k - Looking for a lead software developer/architect to join an exciting new application development team to support their investment research, due diligence, and portfolio analytics processes to  design and build the research and portfolio analysis platform from the ground up. Ideally has experience on Windows platform; is a thinker and can challenge status quo or ideas about developing the platform; comfortable with working with large amounts of data.  Strong OOO design skills with extensive knowledge of object modeling and design patterns.  Extensive knowledge with SQL on any relational database server, such as SQL server.
