Position Summary:

This individual will be a Senior Engineer on the Data Network Operations
team within Enterprise Technology Services. This candidate will need to take
initiative, be able to function both independently and as a member of a team
and be successful with minimal supervision.

Candidates will possess expertise in managing a complex LAN and WAN
environment across numerous business units and geographical locations. They
will provide 24X7 production support in a multi-vendor environment for all
Network technologies. They will interface with technical and non-technical
individual contributors and business executives. The candidate will have
extensive production support and technical experience; displaying ownership,
strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and decision-making
skills.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Tier 2/3 support for a complex global enterprise network

* Take ownership of issues, collaborate with other
customers/teams/vendors on remediation and manage problems through
completion

* Develop best practices for capacity planning, trending,
monitoring, high availability and disaster recovery

* Provide ITIL direction and guidance for incidents, changes and
problems

* Establish and enforce best practices for network management,
including configurations, monitoring, patch management and security

* Oversee deliverables for domestic and international initiatives

* Oversee compliance with change control and incident management
processes

* Manage incident bridges

* Provide on-call support on a rotating basis

Required Skills and Competencies:

* 7+ years' experience as a Senior Data Engineer supporting
enterprise environments with expertise in the following disciplines:

* Cisco device programming and troubleshooting including CatOS,
NxOS, ASA, CSS, GSS, VPN, LMS, DCNM and Wireless.

* Riverbed Steelhead - Infoblox DNS - Load Balancers Netscaler

* Advanced working knowledge of routing protocols - OSPF, BGP

* Real-time application support - voice, video and MDS services

* Report generation - LMS, DCNM, HPOO, PRTG, SumoLogic, etc.

* Product support for upgrades and patch releases

* Experience supporting distributed/global (layer 1-4) platforms in
a multi-server/multi-location environment

* Experience designing and implementing High Availability and
Disaster Recovery solutions

* Emphasis on sharing of knowledge through good communications, peer
training and written documentation

* Tactical and Strategic direction setting

* Strong inter-personal and communications skills

* Positive customer service and team attitude (helping others when
required)

* Focused on quality and customer delivery

* Committed to continual improvement

Position Summary:

The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) team seeks a Sr. Database Engineer
who will be responsible for supporting transactional database systems for
Investment Management applications.

This individual will be primarily responsible for supporting production
system requiring system design, infrastructure build, performance tuning,
capacity management, and systems integration. The person will also be
responsible for promoting standard IT processes and architectural best
practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintaining the stability and performance of the database system

* Performing performance analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting and
resolution of issues

* Planning database releases, performing impact analysis and
executing releases

* Performing database capacity planning, trend analysis and
predicting future database resource requirements

Position Summary:

The Alternatives Systems Team is responsible for supporting and providing
advanced tools to analyze, book, price, and risk manage a broad spectrum of
products and assets used by the Asset Allocation, Commodities and Hedge
Funds Investment teams. In addition this team supports Fixed Income, Equity,
Commodity, and Currency OTC derivatives used throughout the firm's portfolio
management, trading, and operations. Members of the Alternatives team play

The Lead Systems Analyst, Alternatives Systems will be responsible for the
IT support for the users of the Derivatives platform across multiple
business lines and will provide business analysis on multiple ongoing and
new initiatives related to derivative infrastructure across all asset
classes.

Success in this position requires knowledge of derivative instruments and
derivative investment process, a solid understanding of a broad range of
technology solutions, and outstanding client management skills.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with investment and trading professionals to
understand business problems and to create effective technical solutions.

* Work closely with members of the IT teams. Actively participate
in the analysis of requirements, design, test, deployment, and support of
new technology solutions.

* Be an "expert" in the derivative infrastructure.

* Stay abreast of the "state of the art" as it relates to
investment practice, both within the firm and throughout the industry.

Required Skills and Competencies:

* Minimum of five years of experience in the investment industry,
with a minimum of three years in a systems role related to one or more of
