Job Description:
This individual will provide Sr. level of technical expertise and be the
subject matter expert in all disciplines within Network Services. The Sr.
Engineer will develop network designs, provide in-depth technical knowledge
to implement, operate, configure, and troubleshoot a converged IP network.
Engineer must be capable of building and configuring complex end-to-end
converged networks, troubleshooting and resolving network related problems
and ensuring quality of service using in-depth understanding of the network
infrastructure including routing/switching, security, specialized hosting
environments, etc.
This role requires a broad range of skills within a professional discipline
to effectively perform complex assignments; demands familiarity with
principles, theories, concepts and technologies as well as applied
knowledge of established procedures, policies and practices.
Qualifications:
• Sr. Technical skills in all the following areas supported by
existing team: Routing/Switching, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Load Balancing, MPLS,
BGP/EIGRP, SAN Switching and various other emerging products released.
• Nexus 5k, 6k, 7k, FCoE experience, NetApp storage experience
preferred.
• 5+ years of Sr. Technical expertise in a similar role with
high rate of success on changes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
Engineering. Cisco, ITIL, Microsoft, PMP and other certifications
desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of networking protocols Experience with
carriers a must. Candidate must be highly motivated and a self-starter.
• Excellent technical written and presentation capabilities;
must have ability to make customer presentations. Above average written and
verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Available for all emergencies and may be required to work
after hours, weekends, and holidays.

This QA Engineer position calls for quality assurance and software test engineering activities to be completed on assigned projects to ensure that tested software meets requirements and standards prior to production release. The QA Engineer will participate in integration, system, and acceptance testing for all software and hardware products that comprise the Client's Conditional Access system.
Job activities include:
• Preparing detailed software test plans.
• Executing the software tests according to plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review project documentation as a basis for: o Understanding business and application functionality and features.
o Test coverage definition.
