IT Infrastructure and Operations
Regular maintenance/monitoring:
1. Replication monitoring
2. Disk space monitoring
3. DAOS monitoring
4. GRADS backup
5. Server TSM backup
6. Scheduled Compact
7. Run Compact/Fixup as needed
Requests from development team ? not very frequent:
1. QA/DEV refresh (8 times a year) ? J
2. DB indexing ? usually run on QA DBs during the day when we deploy code to QA
3. Copy large number of documents between DBs
4. Release night server performance issues
Handling user issues:
1. Systems Access oversight ? when there are problems creating IDs, or duplicate IDs are created
Recovery -- infrequent:
1. Restore failed database replicas
2. Restore failed servers ? working with Windows team
Setup that infrequently changes:
1. Server/database security
2. Mail setup

Qualifications:
* Bacherlor's Degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science or related field.
