DESCRIPTIONS:Serves as dedicated point of contact for SAP security related activities.  Ensures that adequate architecture, configuration, policies, and procedures are in place within SAP environment and that all of the above is documented.  Works with various business verticals to address their security needs within SAP.  Maintains alignment with  overall security framework/roadmap.  Serves as integral part of the change control process, reviewing all changes within SAP from a security standpoint and ensuring alignment with security framework.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
-At least 3 years experience supporting security roles/authorizations in SAP systems.
-Has participated on lifecycle SAP implementation teams as a lead security consultant.
-Installation of SAP modules on Windows/SQL
-Knowledge of SAP security in the following areas:
-SAP R/3 security,-ECC,Security Profile Generator,Creating security roles and users,User authorizations and administration,System access,Central User Administrator
-Experience in specialized areas of SAP, such as:
-HR,BW/BI,Portals,CRM,BPC
-Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
-Demonstrates knowledge of security-related information technology products and services that relate to the business needs
- Projects a positive image to others, setting an example for being a trustworthy and ethical    business partner.
 -Demonstrates ability to effectively operate in a multi-tasking environment.
 Ensures that the purpose and importance of the team mission are clarified and guides the setting of specific and measurable team goals and objectives.
 -Ensures up-to-date documentation of all SAP security configurations, policies, and procedures is maintained.

Project Description: The SAM (Service Assurance Manager) combines technical team leadership experience, business process knowledge and project or program management skills. The SAM has experience in technical delivery tools and methodologies.

The SAM will be responsible for:

· Managing multiple projects with frequent changes
· Working with the senior SAM to manage budget and metric data for all projects in the portfolio
· For assigned projects:
· Tracking the project plan and budget and address deviations appropriately and in a timely manner
· Engaging the senior SAM in escalation issues for project related issues, as required
· Managing the relationships between the delivery team and key stakeholders - primarily the BRMs (Business Relationship Managers) and sometimes the business clients or other partners
· Ensuring timelines are met and quality expectations are delivered

· Participating in the selection of technical options, formulating solutions/recommendations, based on the requirements & technical standards/direction of the landscape supported. This item is often completed in collaboration with other architects (data, applications and enterprise architects)

· Working with the delivery team to get requirements from BRMs and business clients and develop functional requirements and design
· Ensuring client technical standards and guidelines are followed by the delivery team
· Overseeing the delivery of solutions
· Assisting, and leading if possible, in the successful resolution of complex project issues by driving the team in efforts to identify root cause, brainstorm options, and implementation of solutions
· Help identify improvements opportunities in client standards and frameworks and provide leadership to address these gaps
· Provide experience in delivery methodologies and tools. Lead the maintenance and evolution of the client SDLC and the client implementation of the Accenture ADM methodologies


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent is required. Master's Degree in related field such as Business Administration is a plus
· Ideally, 8 - 10 years in information technology related field: (minimum 5 years)
§ 5+ years in information management leading large projects and/or a portfolio of project (minimum 3 years)
§ Experience required with primary technologies including Web Development (Java and/or .NET), Web Applications
§ Microsoft Sharepoint experience is a significant plus

Additional experience and capabilities include:

§ Project management expertise and experience both for large projects and managing multiple projects
§ Experience leading technical delivery teams
§ Analytical skills to move from business requirements to design and then delivery of solutions
§ Experience with client SDLC methodology and Accenture ADM
§ Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and pressure oriented environment where shifting priorities and rapid response rates are the standard
§ High energy, strategic thinking, effective written and oral communication
§ Effective in matrix management and team building

My Jersey City, NJ client seeks an experienced Program Manager/Project
Manager who will be responsible for the following: (Salary: $120-150,000)

Migration of systems from Third Party Administrators to internal personnel
and from legacy applications to a new system; and the full life cycle
development of management reports, an operational data store and a data
warehouse. The functions include program and project management, vendor
management, and leadership of the overall data program. This person will
need to design, build, and deploy a highly reusable data migration software
asset that can be used for many conversions with little incremental cost - a
data migration "factory". They will also provide leadership to the overall
