My Jersey City, NJ client seeks an experienced Program Manager/Project Manager who will be responsible for the following: (Salary: $120-150,000)

Migration of systems from Third Party Administrators to internal personnel and from legacy applications to a new system; and the full life cycle development of management reports, an operational data store and a data warehouse. The functions include program and project management, vendor management, and leadership of the overall data program. This person will need to design, build, and deploy a highly reusable data migration software asset that can be used for many conversions with little incremental cost - a data migration "factory". They will also provide leadership to the overall data program, which will support large-scale reporting, performance management and business intelligence across many lines of business and countries. They will provide leadership to several disciplines including business analysis, architecture, design, development, quality assurance, and deployment. They will manage vendors and internal resources - some are direct reports and others are from supporting work groups. Besides providing leadership in software development, they will help operations and executives to get more business value from their data.

Required background includes 7 years program and project management of software development involving databases and data warehouses; Technology includes DB2, COGNOS, and InfoSphere tools. Experience with data conversions and knowledge of Property & Casualty claims is desirable; ETL very important- MAY END UP BEING REQUIRED!!!
