Unemployment erodes our self-confidence and creates anxiety about our
future. As others work and have busy lives, the unemployed can feel lonely
and left out. What psychological and spiritual strategies can help us cope
with the challenges of unemployment? How can we nurture ourselves as we
deal with the disappointment and frustration of a job search?

All Saints' Church in Millington is hosting a free two-part workshop that
focuses
on developing psychological and spiritual tools to face this difficult time.

The St. Matthias Employment Ministry presents:

Are you a "mature job seeker?" If you are in your
40's or 50's (or older), yes you are. Mature age job seekers need to do a 21st century audit of themselves, to see where they stand relative to the demands of today's new job market. In our next monthly workshop, our guest speaker, consultant and coach Donna Coulson, will discuss these new demands and give you the tools you'll
need to compete.

Come to the May 8th meeting of the St Matthias
Employment Ministry, for a lively session of brainstorming and sharing
intended to help you envision different options and open new avenues in
your search.
