Customer Service/Order Entry Position - Time period : 6 months.
Basking Ridge - Cheese Manufacturer seeks individual for its high-volume order department. Must be computer literate. Food industry exp a + Imm Temp opening.

Job Description â€" Customer ServiceProcess orders as received by the customer/broker. Includes maintaining orders as the customer/broker revises the order.
Allocate (deliver) orders at least 72 hours prior to pick up from the NJ warehouse.
As notified of shorts from WI warehouse, remove items/change quantities of any items where there is insufficient stock.
Provide to customers/brokers the sales order confirmation and advise of any shorts related to the order. Also advise when the unavailable item is expected into the warehouse.
Maintain an ongoing list of items shorted to customers. Communicate the days shorts to the various parties.
Arrange freight for customers requiring delivery out of the NJ warehouse.
Post Goods Issue, using the received BOL, for orders shipped out of the NJ warehouse and create the invoice.
Invoice orders shipped out of the Both Warehouses (NJ & WI)
Communicate with customers/brokers/sales reps regarding various issues/concerns on customer orders.
Fulfill customer/broker/sales rep requests as they arise.
Work with NJ warehouse to ensure order accuracy.
