The web application is a networking application used internal within the bank. The application is highly data intensive so there will be considerable data mining and data mapping. Responsibilities: This role is to be a hands-on database developer with Oracle 10G experience that will work on development projects for the application. Ability to perform complex data analysis and root cause analysis. In addition, this person will be required to be a data architect and data modeler to grow and expand the demands of the application. Perform developer responsibilities during the multiple phases of the factory process which includes: - Review BRD, PSD - Develop data models in Erwin, HLD, LLD, data flow diagram, data dictionary documents - Ability to grow/architect existing data model - Database performance tuning/optimization from SQL and procedures - Review/Remediate Defects - Must have very good/expert experience with SQL - Strong understanding of database concepts - Strong understanding of industry standard on data modeling and development. - Strong Oracle 10g experience and experience with PL/SQL - Experience with SQL+, Toad, SQL Loader - A plus to have experience with Autosys - Strong experience on n-tiered applications Required Skills: - All candidates should have 7+ yrs experience with heavy Oracle 10g development -? stored procedures, performance tuning and optimization. - Solid PL/SQL required - All candidates will need to be proficient with data modeling, both logical and physical.
