QA/Testing Program Manager - NY/NJ - (Negotiable Compensation w/full

The QA/Testing Program Manager provides consultative support to clients and
our client's personnel on integrated projects in a Sr. Consultant capacity.
The chosen candidate acts as senior on-site advisor to client and team
members. You will play a central and key role in defining the scope of
projects, understanding a client's issues/problems, and conceiving client
deliverables. Participates in and leads development of both business and
QA/testing applications. Knowledge of specific industry trends and key
issues and challenges facing a client required.

Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to provide clear direction to
set matrix resources are required.
Experienced in use of PM tools to track all aspects of QA projects are
essential in this role.

QA/Test activities include:
. Design, develop and execute test strategies/plans
. Debug and troubleshoot
. Perform impact gap analysis
. Coordinate test resources
. Weekly status reporting

. Defect tracking and defect triage activities

Minimum of 10 years QA/Testing experience is mandatory in this role.
5 years of project budget forecasting and planning of projects of $3.5 mil
or more is required.

executing Quality Assurance (QA) test activities during all test-related
project phases, for one or more IT projects.

Summary:

• Experience managing Sharepoint projects is a plus

Project Services provides skilled project management resources to lead the Investment Bank's cross divisional, cross departmental, high risk, high priority initiatives. Our Project Managers are fully accountable for the delivery of assigned initiatives, typically from start-up through delivery.

Project managers from this team drive initiatives from initiation through to deployment in a consistent and structured manner leveraging project management and system development methodologies and tools. The Investment Bank utilizes Project Services in project managing and delivering the following types of projects:
&#61485; Global initiatives that transcend regions, offices, and time zones
&#61485; Large scale initiatives to reduce risks and improve controls
&#61485; Cross-division/cross-department/functional initiatives that deliver a new business or infrastructure capability or enhance an existing capability
&#61485; Regulatory or externally mandated initiatives with fixed delivery dates
&#61485; Independent project health checks and post-implementation reviews

Project Services is an independent group that manages critical projects for sponsors across the organization, including the Front Office and senior Finance and Operations management. Typically the project manager will be assigned full time to a project, sometimes working alone, and sometimes with support depending upon the size of the project.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The main duty of a Project Manager in Project Services is to manage the delivery of complex front-to-back change projects in the Investment Bank. At Director level, a PSD Project Manager is expected to be able to manage all aspects of such a project, including mobilization, shaping, execution, and closedown, with minimal supervision. Where necessary, they may be asked to manage more than one such project concurrently.

Typical project responsibilities include:
• Establishing governance across multiple IB departments and potentially across other divisions in the Bank

PSD department management: Assisting with management of the department through participation in department wide communications (e.g. monthly Global VC), complying with department policies, providing input to departmental reporting, etc.

PSD department development: Assisting with the development of the department and taking the lead on one or more areas. Examples could include: revising departmental methods; documenting best practice; investigating alternative resourcing models; etc.

Network maintenance/development: Success for Project Services is bolstered by the informal cross IB and cross bank networks that are maintained by the individuals in Project Services. Each member of PSD is encouraged to invest in maintaining their own informal network to support this.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate from a top university
• Significant project management experience with a leading consulting firm within financial services or in an international investment bank
• Track record in delivering major projects in an investment bank or similar institution
• Strong knowledge of investment banking business processes – front to back
• Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to them
• Solid knowledge of IT, including experience of managing IT-oriented projects, user requirements development, and testing
• Good understanding of IT oriented methods and approaches

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Credit Administration department (current staff @ 12 FTE).
• Personnel management, training, development & mentoring of staff to increase level of knowledge and level of performance.
• Work with the different lending teams relative to the ongoing support & monitoring of loan performance and "terms & conditions" requirements of each loan.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents (i.e.: Collateral & LTV requirements, covenants, taxes, insurance, UCC filings, etc.)
• Manage the loan portfolio through credit review, updated financials and any other pertinent reporting required for each loan.

Writing, Clinical, Stats, PK, Proj Mgt, etc), ability to stay one step ahead
of the CROs and EDC vendors on their studies to manage sufficiently. Timely
completion of status reports for senior management. Experience working in
RAVE or Inform on a trial. Experience in CRF Development and collaborating
with study team and EDC programmers. Strong Clinical, manual listing review
for performing QC of CRO data transfers to ensure data integrity and
quality. Experience working with CDISC and SDTM 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 standards a
plus. Ability to multi-task, adapt to change quickly. Excellent
communication and writing skills. Experience with cancer clinical trials
preferred. Knowledge of FDA, EMEA and ICH guidelines and regulations
covering clinical trials, statistics, and data management required.
Knowledge of EDC and SDTM required. Must be willing to travel and/or present
at professional meetings, as required.
