| Description A major Bank Holding Company is looking for a Team Lead – Project Manager in their New York City Office.
Responsibilities:
Working in the Application Services group as the Team Lead for US Venue Connectivity.
This is an hands-on with direct interaction with Business stakeholders.
The team lead runs /his/her won projects while overseeing the Book of Work for the team.
Oversee and maintain the project plans for the entire team.
Meet regularly with stakeholders to report status, arrange priorities and manage expectations.
Execute al aspects of the venue specifications (FIX)
Work with Moscow Java development team to identify venue-specific needs to create a venue specific driver or Modify and existing one.
Configure and perform functional tests on the driver.
Gather production data logs to perform regression tests when modifying and existing driver.
General Change Management Documents for releases, research production problems and identify needed remediation.
Skills Required 10+ years experience in an electronic trading environment.
Understanding of the complete trade flow cycle: order entry, order management (Smart Order routing. Algos), execution Venue selection, clearing and OATS)
Experience with Vendor and proprietary Order Management Systems
Excellent knowledge of FIX
Understanding of other Protocols (OUCH, STAMP etc.)
Skilled with VeriFIX, Aegis, SQL, PERL, UNIX, Shell scripts
Ability to read C/C++, JAVA and follow logic.
Plusses:
Ability to program in Java , C/C++; previous programming experience
Experience with Change Management procedures, SDLC.
Salary Range This is a permanent position which will pay up to 170k and 200k total compensation.
