1) PeopleSoft GL/AP Development Manager (VP)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position will be the senior technology manager overseeing development and implementation of all PeopleSoft technology initiatives. This position requires significant experience in development and support of the PeopleSoft application with strong business acumen in banking and/or the regulated financial services industry. The incumbent will work closely with business groups, vendor and technical support teams. The person will manage prioritization of work, resource allocation, guidance on technical issues and overall direction to technical team members.

Candidate should be effective, independent motivated leader with a successful history in identifying, evaluating, and re-engineering business and technology processes including systems re-engineering / re-plat forming of financial systems. Candidate must possess ability of understanding the tactical and strategic needs from both business and technology perspective.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead all initiatives in progress and planned for PeopleSoft development and support, including (but not limited to):

· Development and implementation of PeopleSoft customized modules.

· Construction of the strategic roadmap for transitioning the financial systems platform (e.g., general ledger, etc.) to current and better aligned solutions

· Coordinate and manage the vendor partnership, activities, and issue resolution for solutions provided by Oracle / PeopleSoft.

· Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing activities for PeopleSoft applications

· Support capacity planning to ensure sufficient resources to meet business requirements.

· Experience with OLAP (preferred Hyperion Essbase cubes), Oracle FAH, OBIEE is preferred     

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Extensive development experience in PeopleSoft Application (Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker, Component Interface, PS/nVision, PS/Query, Datamover, Security, SQR, Crystal Reports, Cobol)

· Mainframe specific (MVS/JCL, DB2)

· Ability to be a hands on technical manager is highly desirable

· Minimum of 10+ yrs in the development and implementation of financial systems platforms, including all phases of the software development life cycle

· Minimum of 7+ years PeopleSoft technical experience; including hands-on expertise implementing/developing/supporting General Ledger and Accounts Payable modules

· Demonstrated technical knowledge of PeopleSoft development platform, including proficiency developing with PeopleTools 8.x, Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Crystal and Application Engine

· Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel

· Business writing and technical documentation

· Minimum of 5+ years experience working with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) - Application Servers, Process Schedulers and Web Servers (must have experience with configuring/troubleshooting the PIA components for CIT’s specific platform).

· Working knowledge of PeopleSoft data model, PeopleTools Metadata structures and the interface to PeopleSoft application structure (tables related to each module).

· Minimum of 3+ years with PeopleSoft running on the zOS/DB2 platform. Proficiency with TSO, JCL and DB2 on the mainframe.

· Ability to communicate directly with end-users to handle support issues. This is either in person, over the phone or via email, but the communication skills to deal with business customers is an essential requirement.

· Ability to effectively interface with business partners on a regular basis; including presentations on project status, managing projects to the budget, follow SLDC processes and management reporting cycles.

• Excellent team leadership and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and within aggressive time requirements.

• Capable of making day-to-day project decisions with correct risk assessment and escalation methods.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience in presenting information to all levels of technology and Finance management.

• Strong analytical/problem solving skills with a broad technology focus.

2) Corporate Tax Sr. Systems Analyst/Developer (AVP)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Senior Systems Analyst/Developer to support Corporate Tax. The right candidate will assist with the support for Tax Financial Systems and will be a team member of Finance Technology department. The position will include collaborative requirements gathering, systems design, business analysis, issue resolution and project/program management to support vendor and in-house developed applications. A strong working knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle SQL, .Net suite, and a background in financial services is required. Tax Financial Systems experience and Peoplesoft G/L background is a plus.

The candidate needs to be professionally mature and self-directed, must possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate and work equally well with system and business users / executives is essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

· Support / maintain SQL queries for both MS SQL and Oracle SQL

· Reverse engineer existing database environment

· Coordination and promotion of application code from in-house Application Development teams

· Prepare documentation

· Collaborate with other developers including offshore

· Third Party application upgrade planning and rollout

· Ability to participate in on-boarding of new products being brought into CIT including making architectural decisions, planning for implementation and planning for Disaster Recovery

· Follow existing organizational and team processes while always looking for improvements

· Provide off-hours support as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 5+ years Financial services background

· 3+ years of development and support of .Net systems

· Working knowledge of object oriented programming

· Experience writing advanced SQL queries, MS SQL and Oracle

· Experience supporting Tax Financial applications

· Working knowledge of Peoplesoft General Ledger is desirable

· Working knowledge of software development life cycle

· Proficiency in MS Access and MS Excel

· Proficiency in troubleshooting and issue resolution

· Excellent communication skills

· Knowledge of Business Objects is highly desirable

· Hands-on knowledge of project management and software development methodologies is required.

3) Fiserv Accurate NXG Developer / Analyst (AVP)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Developer/analyst responsible for the configuration and technical support of the Fiserv Accurate NXG(formerly CheckFree) automated reconciliation application. This position requires full understanding of configuring Accurate NXG automated reconciliation tool and will need to interface directly with business accounting users to define and document requirements, design and build solutions and support testing activities.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Interface with Global Accounting Operations team to define and design reconciliation solutions within the Accurate NXG product

• Setup reconciliation accounts

• Develop reconciliation matching rules

• Load and validate external data feeds(BAI,SWIFT, PeopleSoft, Driver Generator, Custom)

• Support and implement template based reconciliations

• Develop custom Accurate NXG scripts for data validation and manipulation

• Define and develop complex workflows to provide seamless exchange of information and proactive communication between accounting users and operations, as well as accounting users and approvers

• Write custom reports

• Have a strong understanding of data analysis, data extracts

• Understanding of how to integrate with other applications

• Produce detailed technical designs to meet user requirements and IT development standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years experience implementing end user reconciliations on Fiserv Accurate NXG software; including account setup, building out reconciliation types, loading standard and non-standard data feeds, building out work flows, and writing custom scripts

• 3+ years experience in the areas of technical setup, installation, upgrades, performance tuning and system configuration on Fiserv Accurate NXG software.

• Proven technical experience in implementing and supporting financial systems

• Strong MS-SQL skills

• Strong understanding of MS Access

• Ability to write batch programs using windows scripting

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Windows Server
