As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer service, entering customer orders, handling routine and non-routine customer calls, service inquiries and problem resolution.
You will address all aspects of customer accounts, including order processing, accounts receivable reconciliation and problem resolution. The qualified candidate must be customer focused, hardworking and able to prioritize multiple tasks. This position requires an ability to directly handle routine and complex, non-routine issues that may require a great deal of time, direct involvement and close interaction with the customer for issue resolution.

Director, Hedge Fund Data
We are looking for a full‐time member
to lead the company's Hedge Fund Data team.
The Hedge Fund Data Team is
responsible for both the integration and day‐to‐day management of our hedge
fund client's data. The Director will work closely with clients and internally
with our Client Service and Technology teams. It will also be necessary to
assist in the creation and transition of the tools and processes used to manage
client data, and liaison with the company Technology Team.
Responsibilities
Data Integrations:
- Initial on‐boarding and
management of process surrounding integrations
Coordinating with client/administrator/custodian/ broker for data
Mapping out new data sets with Technology Team
Keeping integrations on track with client expectations
- Continuous improvement of
integrations
Data Management:
Facilitating daily loads of Hedge Fund data
Assisting clients with questions on data issues
Special Projects:
Migration of hedge fund data tools and processes to Intranet
Data grading
Data cleansing
Data warehousing
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
-3‐5 years work experience at an
administrator, hedge fund, prime broker or custodian, with knowledge of finance
and experience or familiarity with investments and the hedge fund
industry
- Well‐formed understanding of the various security/asset types often traded by
Hedge Funds
- Highly proficient in MS
