Chief Information Director

NJ consumer goods importer/distributor of licensed brands seeks hands-on technical professional to manage ERP system; establish in-house EDI operations; improve and coordinate IT system to meet business objectives; work with users to train as well as provide technical solutions which will provide added value to retail trading partners; supervise recruitment, training, retention and organization of all IT technical staff. Qualified candidate will need to contribute to as well as lead IT technical staff in day to day dept functions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline, MA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience as an IT leadership professional
- Ability to develop successful IT team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Supply Chain background a plus
- Ability to adapt to and remain effective in an ever changing technological as well as business environment.
- Working knowledge of programming languages
- Past experience implementing enterprise packaged software products such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor
