Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Director for our Center for Family Health at Hoboken University Medical Center.  The Center for Family Health provides outpatient services that include, but are not limited to, Women’s Health, Wound Care, and Family Practice, for the Hoboken community and neighboring areas.  The Administrative Director is a highly visible position responsible for the day-to-day operations of this Family Health Clinic. As an Administrative Director, you will report to the Vice President of Patient Services at Hoboken University Medical Center and oversee all administrative aspects of the Center for Family Health, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and NJ Department of Health requirements and ensuring quality care is provided in a fiscally responsible manner. 
 
Tasks include:
·    Providing leadership to ensure that the Center for Family Health meets the needs of the community and aligns goals/objectives with community, state, and national public health agendas.
·    Hiring, retaining, and scheduling appropriate clinical and support staff to provide effective patient care while controlling unnecessary expenditures.
·    Ensuring that equipment and supplies are well maintained and stocked to appropriate levels cost-effectively.
·    Managing the Center for Family Health revenue cycle, ensuring timely processing of Medicare, Medicaid, Self-Pay, and Charity Care claims.
·    Working with hospital and community based peers and colleagues to expedite processes for patient referrals between Hoboken University Medical Center and the Center for Family Health to promote smooth care transitions for patients.
Job Requirements
As an Administrative Director of the Center for Family Health, you must possess excellent speaking and writing skills, have prior experience with Joint Commission, NJ Department of Health, and/or other government inspections, and be able to lead, mentor, coach, and educate others as needed to accomplish short term projects and long term goals.
 
Additional requirements include:
·         College degree, MBA or MPH preferred
·         5 or more years progressive leadership experience in health care, Health care facility management experience preferred.
·         FACHE or similar licensure preferred, but not required.

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Manager, High Performance Computing Systems Team
who will

manage and monitor the design, development, implementation and communication
of policies and practices for sub-units within the IT department. The
Manager will play a lead role and Subject Matter Expert in acquiring,
developing and supporting enterprise high performance computing (HPC)
infrastructure and resources. Set standards and best practices, and
develops policies, procedures and documentation for the company's HPC
systems. The department is responsible for maintaining and sustaining over
2000 compute nodes and several terabytes data storage and backup using a
variety of technologies.

Principal Responsibilities

1. Leads, manages, and advises a team of technical experts on all aspects of
policies, practices, systems, and procedures within the department.

2. Provides managerial and technical expertise regarding the daily
operations in one or more functional areas.

3. Manages and implements guidelines and systems and recommends changes to
maintain consistency with the mission of department objectives.

4. Manages and works extensively with staff to develop and administer
support plans.

5. Participates on project teams and act as a liaison with other
institutions, campus organizations, vendors, and committees.

6. Works with all units to identify, analyze, and develop approaches that
successfully meets the goals and objectives of ITS and the company as a
whole.

7. Defines and tracks service metrics and work with staff to meet client

8. Implements appropriate controls and quality assurance; ensures adherence

9. Manages the operating budget for their organizational unit.

10. Recruits, trains and guides technical staff.

13. Work closely with other IT units to coordinate data center capacity
planning and investigating long term trends for research computing.

Required Education and Experience

. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field. Advanced degree
preferred.

. Six years of related technical experience, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.

. Minimum five years experience supporting large-scale HPC
environments in a systems administrator.

. Expert knowledge of Linux operating system distributions. Emphasis
on CentOS and RedHat.

. General understanding of and hands-on experience with compilers
(Portland Group, Intel) and various MPI implementations and programming
languages (Fortran and C++).

. Extensive knowledge of Open Source clustering tools, such as
Perceus, Lustre, Moab/Torque, Maui, Ganglia.

. Excellent communication skills with colleagues, researchers, and
faculty.

. Ability to work independently and in a team environment in fast
moving technology field.

Required Education and Experience

one or more high level languages, or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.

. Proven ability working in a high performance computing research
environment.

. Proven ability working with remote management of large scale
server environments.

. Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.

. Strong scripting skills (shell, perl, python).

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

. Six years experience as a Linux systems administrator.
