The Corporate Real Estate and Services (CRES) department has a wide range of responsibilities which include:

 

Formulating and implementing the Bank's occupational real estate strategy
Developing and managing the Bank's electrical and mechanical infrastructure

The Real Estate, Critical Engineering Systems and Corporate Security teams acquire, develop, design, construct, manage and secure the Bank's facilities around the globe, ensuring that Credit Suisse's businesses are able to operate 365 days a year without interruption. The Internal Services teams are responsible for providing cost-effective services such as corporate travel services, corporate events, corporate dining and catering services, archives and records management and media services.

Functional Overview

The CRES COO function is comprised of the following individual branches:

Project and Performance Management
Library and Information Systems
Records and Information Management
Multimedia Event Production Services

The Project and Performance Management team is responsible for:

Maintenance of the CRES-wide strategy
Development of standardized project management processes
Preparation of project definitions for CRES-wide projects
Design, testing and deployment of CRES-wide projects
Operational Excellence of CRES COO services and processes
Management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio Database
Oversight of departmental controls, including SOX and internal/external audit

Role Description
