The next session of GenY Networking Group will be held Wednesday, September 5th, 7 PM, Library of the Chathams (see flyer attached).
With the doldrums of summer now past us – it is time to re-energize and re-dedicate, and re-connect to your individual goals – be they job search, greater networking opportunities, career exploration, or general knowledge-sharing and support. And what better way to do so than at a networking meeting dedicated to the dynamic of the young adult GenY demographic.
Our focus for this meeting – 'Getting back to Basics'.
· Individual introductions – your 'elevator pitch'
· Resumes – bring approx 10 copies for us to review
· Personal Marketing Plans – what are these? How are they used?
· Networking fundamentals – how do you succeed at networking?
· Other tools, resources you will need
· Any other topics you would like to cover – please bring your own agenda items, and we will be sure to address
I am confident that you will enjoy this evening - so please plan to attend and spread the word.
