- The person should have a minimum 2 years experience in Subversion and
other release management tools.
- He/she should be able to handle migration from different configuration
management tools within client (PVCS, VSS etc) to Subversion.
- Handle admin level responsibilities and repository management requests
across the client.

- Ultimately this individual will need to develop HOOK Scripts, but the
client is willing to start with someone with an aptitude to develop
Scripts, even if they are not currently experienced.
- He/She will work with Subversion , PVCS & VSS. Knowledge of the other
tools is preferred, but not required
- The resource would work in Staff-Aug position under a client PM and would
transition the work from an another vendor.

My name is Lisa Rodriguez. I am a Recruiter with Aquinas Consulting. I have the following, long-term consulting assignment available in Danbury, CT. Please review and let me know if you are available/interested in discussing further:

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the mechanical design and development of control valves for the commercial HVAC industry. The position interfaces with all aspects of the design from conceptualization to production. The position will also interface with different groups within the company as well as external vendors and customers. The Engineer will work within a project-oriented, hands-on, team environment, interfacing closely with other Engineers, Product Management, Production and Product Procurement. The position requires strong documentation capabilities for engineering changes of existing products and product life-cycle management. Limited travel may also be required.

3. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary responsibilities)

: Responsible for the design development, qualification, process development and documentation of products designed at facility. These include the mechanical mechanisms for new valves, accessories, brackets, housings and linkages.
: Responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering documentation including drawings, bill of materials and technical specifications.
: Detail the requirements for new product developments in the form of a Product Specification Document as the first step in the product development process to meet new customer requirements.
: Write detailed Engineering/Test reports
: Provide technical application and product support
: Provide product and technical training as needed to other departments
: Work in and with test lab to support quality and development tests

4. QUALIFICATIONS AND TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering minimum

Skill Requirements:
: Experience in related fields (3 years minimum)
: Mechanical design with strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
: Experience in product development
: Good working knowledge of material properties
: Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies
: Knowledge of rapid prototype processes
: Experimental test analysis
: Experience in 3D CAD (Solid Modeling)
: Knowledge of fluid mechanics
: Good time management skills
Must have organized documentation and exceptional communication skills
Some proficiency in project management
