Senior Technical Project Manager
 
 
 
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our client located in Hoboken, NJ.
 
You are a senior level PM with at least 10 years of IT Project Management experience with additional experience with the following:
 
 

5+ years managing large projects
Develop detailed project plans and provide input as appropriate to key project processes
Build strong productive relationships with the managers, project team and the customers
Conduct reviews to ensure that projects continually meet the schedule
Identify and escalate issues in order to ensure projects can be delivered on time
Manage the project deliverables
Develop weekly, monthly status reports, RAID logs
Should have strong inter-personal skill and ability to work and communicate well at all levels among the stakeholders
Must have worked with MS Project, MS Power Point, Excel and Word
Strong Documentation experience

Title: Senior Web Developer /Business Analyst

Location: Norwalk, CT
 
Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Web Developer/Business Analyst to interact with all levels of employees throughout the organization and help shape the future of the company's web site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to step into a highly visible leadership position in this company and provide backup to the CTO.
 
The individual works closely with both project stakeholders and IT to extract, analyze, define and communicate requirements for application development projects. He/she must be able to recommend technology that will help implement their business imperatives, develop alternatives with appropriate cost considerations to resolve issues about project features and functionality and assure that project goals are met. Participate in the appropriate development methodology (agile, waterfall) to manage implementation of projects and produce the appropriate documentation. Participate in "hands-on" development activities system maintenance including coding and debugging problems on new and existing systems.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
·         Five years in an analyst role in an ecommerce web development environment. Experience with paid membership web site is a definite plus.
·         Must be able to explain technical concepts in terms non-technical employees can understand.
·         At least two years of experience managing the technical implementations of large and complex software development projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
·         Five years of experience of back end PHP development including at least two years of PHP OOP programming experience.
·         Five years of developing software utilizing either MYSQL, PostGres, Oracle or SQL*Server
·         Ability to work with CSS, Javascript, and HTML.
 
Desired skills
·         Working knowledge of Linux, Apache, and Cold Fusion.
·         Knowledge of web marketing including best practice for contact conversion, SEO, web advertising, etc.
·         Experience implementing and maintaining any of the following web content management systems; WordPress, Drupal or Joomla.
