How to endorse:
At the top of your connection's profile use the new big blue box that is prepopulated with
their skills and/or scroll down to the Skills & Expertise section and click on the individual
skills that you endorse. When you're done, click on ENDORSE (might not be necessary).
Your picture will appear on their profile next to what skill you've endorsed.

If the big blue box does not appear for you: in the profile dropdown for the Send a
Message button choose "Endorse skills & expertise."
P.S. Have plenty of skills listed on your profile. Use "Add a skill" link in the Skills & Expertise
section under Edit Profile. You need to have a Skills & Expertise section.
