Key Roles and Responsibilities: End to End tier 1 architecture and
engineering for Voice Network Infrastructure team. Produce IT End to End
systems requirement for Performance management, Fault Management, SIP
Monitoring, Network Provisioning and Usage Collection.
Candidate will work with Business Clients, Network design engineers and IT
applications to produce IT business and system requirement documents for
AT&T Voice related Projects (Wireline, Wireless and VOIP).
Education :
BS in Computer Science or EE is required
MS in Computer Science or EE is preferred

Responsibilities:

o Install gold and development environments

o Provide installation documentation

§ Oracle standard documentation

§ Installation procedures with information for specific environment

o Certify environment installations

o Work with application team to validate installation. Correct any
identified issues.

o Confirm patch level compatibilities with other modules to be installed.

o Teach system administrators installation process

o Provide daily environment maintenance support for project development
team
