Contractor Role Description:

Siebel Systems Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

o   Install gold and development environments

o   Provide installation documentation

§  Oracle standard documentation

§  Installation procedures with information for specific environment

o   Certify environment installations

o   Work with application team to validate installation.  Correct any identified issues.

o   Confirm patch level compatibilities with other modules to be installed.

o   Teach system administrators installation process

o   Provide daily environment maintenance support for project development team
