Responsibilities 
1.Managing financial and functional analyses to determine transfer pricing implications of supply chain decisions, deals and acquisitions; 
2.Performing analysis of Pfizer's intellectual property and developing financial valuation models;
3.US and non-US audit support, including IDR responses, financial analysis and research; 
4.Oversight of 6662 transfer pricing documentation preparation and implementation of global pricing policies; 
5.Managing multiple projects in a dynamic and complex environment;
6.Communicating the transfer pricing policy and handling inquiries from operating groups and international locations;
7.Collaborating effectively across the tax, finance, legal and operating organizations. Acting as a liaison/representative of Global Tax within Pfizer;
8.Keeping abreast of developments in US and OECD tax/transfer pricing regulations and identifying issues or opportunities attendant to those developments; and
9.Public speaking. Representing Pfizer at various public seminars and consortia. 

Qualifications 
• Master's degree is required, preferably in Economics, Finance (MBA) or a related quantitative field. 
• Minimum of 10 years of transfer pricing experience, at least 6 of which was in either a specialty consulting or Big 4 transfer pricing specialism.
• Must be highly motivated transfer pricing expert with a deep understanding of transfer pricing principles, their theory and interpretation. Thorough understanding of financial accounting and an ability to analyze and understand financial statements. Experience with economic and financial modeling techniques including regression analaysis. 
• Must be familiar with international tax issues in complex intercompany and third party transactions. In-house experience with FIN 48 and corporate tax reporting, a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required, particularly the ability to explain complex tax strategies and concepts to non-tax professionals at very senior levels.
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Possible extended hour/weekend work required to meet deadlines or during peak periods.
• Strong project management skills and verbal communication skills are required.

Assist involved teams in identifying the required interfaces and inter-dependencies in the end-to-end solution Identify key risks on the solution options, and work with involved teams for mitigation strategy and plans Present the recommendations with comprehensive cost-benefit analysis, and ensure an agreement of the Solution definition across all involved teams Establish and develop a proactive relationship with relevant Microsoft teams in the region that would impact success of the sales organization

Princeton http://www.trinityprinceton.org/ in the form of a "Resume Tune-up
and LinkedIn Workshop". Participants will walk away with knowledge about
subjects such as; the resume appearance, how to avoid common resume
mistakes, what constitutes an effective resume, the effective way of using
keywords in addition to many pertinent tips for resume improvements. For
the first time we will discuss what constitutes an effective LinkedIn
profile. Who is this workshop for? It is mostly recommended for people who
are currently in transition or others who are considering changing jobs.
