Senior OO Developer w/ MS SQL and Datawarehousing, New York, NY

FULL TIME POSITION. Sorry, no contractors.

Salary: 130-150K plus bonus

Boutique NYC financial firm is seeking a Senior level OO developer to join their firm full time. This high profile role requires at least 7 years of relevant experience. This developer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of multiple SQL based environments into one.

Responsibilities will include:

Development, integration and maintenance of mission critical SQL based environment.

Expert SQL coding, stored procedures, triggers, tables and index creation.

Expertise coding in different OO languages (.NET, Java, C++, etc.)

Participate in project meetings to understand and organize data.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as an OO developer (.NET, Java or C++)

Extensive SQL coding, stored procedures and triggers

Previous experience designing/architecting a datawarehouse

Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision

3-5 years of experience in financial services, with experience in Asset Management critical

5+ years technical experience with ETL tools such as DTS or SSIS (SSIS Preferred).
