*Position Description:*
Medco is looking for a Business Partner Manager (BPM) to manage the
execution of an integrated communication strategy to both members and
prescribers. This hybrid role executes project management and business
analyst responsibilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate an
ability to work with business, development and validation team members to
execute new initiatives and manage ongoing campaigns. The BPM interfaces
with our marketing program partners to gather business requirements and
formulate functional requirements defining the list extract and QC
requirements for the communication program while providing consultation to
improve program effectiveness, process improvements and efficiencies. The
BPM performs as a subject matter expert on the Marketing Operations process
ensuring effective project management and compliance with best practices,
SOP's, regulatory and Privacy requirements. Positive results and a
solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and compliance – along with
the ability to have an extraordinary attention to detail and follow-up
skills while exhibiting sound professional judgment is required.

The Marketing Operations Department is highly integral to the success of
the business and plays an active role in the business strategy and
implementation. This position presents an opportunity for exposure to
health care and for professional development in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.

*Additional Details:*
• Position requires excellent project management skills throughout the
development lifecycle across matrixed staff for project tasks, quality
gates / checklists, other campaign deliverables.
• Daily management and resource utilization executed via a Marketing
Resource Management (MRM) system.
• The ability to author and manage and complete campaign documentation and
associated campaign requirements (Business & Functional Requirements, QA
Requirements, SDLC documentation, process flows, and project plans) is
essential.
• The BPM defines and implements recommendations to improve quality,
effectiveness and efficient operations.
• The position requires the individual to work as a part of a cross
functional team.
• The position requires critical thinking abilities to execute problem
solving in support of efficient execution and adherence to best practices.
Qualifications :
Experience:
• Proven ability managing multi-channel, direct marketing campaigns and/or
database marketing experience.
• Proven ability to author functional requirements.
• Proven ability demonstrating a high level of organizational and
interpersonal skills, flexibility to cope with change, and ability to
multi-task across a variety of assignments.
• Familiarity with Marketing Resource management (MRM) applications
preferred.
• Understanding of Unica Product Suite (Affinium Plan & Affinium Campaign)
a plus.
• Pharmacy benefits management, managed care, and/or financial
servicespreferred.

Education:
• At least 5 years of formal requirements, quality assurance and project
management experience.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Six Sigma, PMI certification a plus.

Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Background with marketing programs is a plus.
• Ability to manage client expectations while providing high-quality
customer service.
• Self motivated team player able to work both independently and in
conjunction with business owners (product marketers) and other stakeholders
