March 18, 2013 - Success in Verbal Communication is the key in a job seeker's quest to land the right position. Ileana Kotulich, an Independent Sales Director at Mary Kay Cosmetics, will instruct the Mondays @ 7 Group on the finer points of the DISC assessment system at their meeting on March 25, 2013. Thru the system, members will learn to identify their own communication style and that of others. This insight will help members form better relationships, both personal and professional.

Ileana has a fascinating educational and career background. After obtaining her doctorate in Psychology, she began a career as a child psychologist in Fairfield County. Dr. Kotulich was then bitten by the entrepreneurial bug and started working with Mary Kay Cosmetics. After attaining the Independent Sales Director status, she left the psychology field to dedicate her efforts to Mary Kay. Ileana has earned 8 careers cars (the much coveted Mary Kay Cadillac) with the simple philosophy of putting God first, family second and career third.

Ileana's mission is to help women look better, feel better and become better. Her motto is, "How old you are is your business, how young you look is my business".

Major firm is in need of a Project Manager - IP Telephony. Location is
Jersey City, NJ then in April/May in NYC.

Duration is 6 months plus.

*Responsibilities:*
Provide project management leadership within the IP Telephony program. The
IP Telephony project will be delivered to a number of different locations
with varying numbers of endpoints. Project management is necessary to
manage the rollout to the different areas. This project manager will work
closely with the overall program manager. This person will be responsible

knowledge across multiple technology domains, processes and architectures
and will direct design efforts of lead architects and other architect
managers. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of

oversee design and delivery of technical and reference architecture,
