Overview

Our client is seeking an IT Clinical Systems Manager to manage and
coordinate assigned application services area in support of the
organization's strategic goals. IT management responsibilities consist of
relationship, resource, process and change management, tactical planning and
achievement of business benefits in such areas as Clinical Applications,
Administrative Systems, Ancillary Services, or other application services

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor Degree in Clinical related fields, Business or Information
Services

* Minimum of seven years or more job-related experience.

* Experience working on projects, project management, problem
management, analytical thinking, design, testing, team work and system
reporting skills.

* Experience with Business Objects, SQL databases and other reporting
software

* Management experience including supervising staff, budget and
project oversight

* Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Master's degree or MBA

* Preferred: Clinical license

*Duties & accountabilities *

× Primary Service Desk contact for New York and other satellite
offices in the US

× Manage team on a day-to-day basis, measure and drive staff
performance, set priorities.

× Ensure proper Service Desk coverage at all times, manage
rotation schedules.

× Line management and development of on-site tier 2/3 service
desk team.

× Meet and exceed customer service targets.

× Ensure 2 nd /3 rd line calls, emails and alerts are dealt with

× Produce and feed into regular accurate service reports, analyze
trends with recurring issues, feedback to improve support, reduce incident

× Liaise with Office Admin/Facilities to coordinate moves or new

× Assign and manage team resources for project work on a regional

·         Prepare templates, forms and draft

communications and submissions using electronic Access database.
 
·         Interact with all levels within the

Job Requirements Include:
 
·         Advanced skills working with MS
Office and Adobe Acrobat, Access and PowerPoint presentations. (i.e. Hyperlink,

·         Strong organizational skills,
attention-to-detail, and in-depth knowledge of general business operations.
 
·         General knowledge of eCTD publishing
standards, FDA regulations and ICH guidance pertaining to submissions is
